30 Minute Single Serving Lasagna a la Susanna

I think people don't make lasagna frequently because they think it takes a long time to cook, and they feel it's a meal that is pre-destined to serve a large group. But here is a simple recipe that takes less than 30 minutes, has ingredients you are likely to already have in the fridge and can be made as a single serving. The trick is something I stumbled across when I ran out of lasagna noodles. I used some Chinese wonton wrappers instead to create a perfect single-sized serving. You

4 pieces Chinese wonton wrappers.
3 ounces ground beef.
4 ounces tomato sauce.
1 ounce, chopped garlic.
2 ounces, chopped onions.
3 ounces ricotta cheese, or cottage cheese.
4 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese.
4 fresh basil leaves (optional)
1 ounce olive oil.
1 teaspoon sea salt.
1 teaspoon cracked red pepper.
1 teaspoon nutmeg, or cinnamon.
3 ounces ground beef.
4 ounces tomato sauce.
1 ounce, chopped garlic.
2 ounces, chopped onions.
3 ounces ricotta cheese, or cottage cheese.
4 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese.
4 fresh basil leaves (optional)
1 ounce olive oil.
1 teaspoon sea salt.

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Add the olive oil to a hot frying pan.
Toss in the chopped onions and sauté for 3 minutes.
Add the garlic and the ground beef, and stir for 3 minutes.
