This was a super quick and delicious dinner that the whole family loved.

5-6 skinless, boneless chicken thighs (about 2-3 lbs)
1 cup bottled sesame-ginger stir fry sauce

1 (16 oz) package broccoli slaw mix
12 (8 inch) whole wheat tortillas

Lightly spray a 3-4 quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Place chicken in the cooker. In a small bowl stir together the stir fry sauce and the water. Pour over the chicken.
