Accidental Cake

A milk chocolate cake mix
1/3 cup melted coconut oil
3 eggs
1 cup almond milk
Package sugar-free cheesecake flavored instant pudding
2 cups milk
Container of cool whip
Chocolate syrup to drizzle
Beat the eggs and almond milk together. Add in the cake mix and melted coconut oil and stir well. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan and bake according to the directions on the cake mix box. While cake is baking, mix cheesecake pudding according to package directions. Once cake is done, let cool and then take a butter knife and poke holes into the cake. Pour the cheesecake pudding all over the cake and smooth out into an even layer. Next, layer on the cool whip. Last but not least, lightly drizzle the chocolate syrup over the cool whip and then take a butter knife and gently swirl the chocolate and cool whip together. Serve and keep left overs refrigerated.
