Afghani mutton is an aromatic and delicious recipe.It has very good flavours.

Green cardomom 3
Cumin 1tsp

Black pepper 1 tsp
Green chillies 5
Turmeric 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp

1.Heat oil in a pan.
2.Fry onions in it.Crush onions with green cardomom and cumin in a mixer grinder.Set it aside.
In the meantime boil mutton in water till tender.
3.Add the mixture of fried onion to a pan.Add turmeric,salt,ginger garlic paste, black pepper to it.
4.Add stock.
5.Add the mutton.
Fry well.
6.Add all spice powder.
