This Almond Flour Apple Pie features an easy to make almond flour crust with sliced apples on top. A dessert recipe that comes together easily, is family approved, Paleo, gluten free and grain free.

Pie Crust:
1 large egg ( room temperature )
1/2 cup coconut oil ( not melted )
1 cup almond flour
2 tbsp coconut flour
2/3 cup tapioca flour
1/2 tsp salt
Apple Pie Filling:
3 large apples ( peeled, cored and sliced 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick )
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/8 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp cinnamon
