Almond Ginger Sauce

Good with spring rolls, sushi, salad or steamed vegetables.

4 slices of ginger
2 garlic cloves
¼ cup almond butter
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
½ tablespoon sugar
water
Put everything in a blender and blend until smooth. Add water to achieve desired consistency and taste.
