Almost Raw and Oh-So-Nutritious Pizza

This is my absolute favourite meal!!! Nothing beats this almost raw pizza. Its guilt free, delicious, nutritious and ‘everyone friendly’! You can have a lot of fun with this recipe, adding and omitting ingredients, until you have a personalized pizza that suits your preferred taste. Enjoy!

Pizza base
½ cup oat bran
1 cup stone-ground whole wheat flour
½ cup ground flaxseeds
½ cup sunflower seeds
7g dry yeast
1 ½ tsp salt
1 tsp coriander seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp honey
1 Tbsp olive oil
± ½ cup water
Tomato sauce
1 large tomato
1 cup sundried tomatoes
½ cup fresh coriander
½ cup fresh coriander
3 Tbsp honey
1 tsp salt
A pinch freshly ground black pepper
2ml smoked paprika
A few drops of Tabasco sauce
1 Tbsp wholegrain mustard
2 Tbsp olive oil
3 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
½ tsp ground cinnamon
8 dates, softened in boiling water
2 tsp cumin seeds
3 Tbsp tomato sauce
Toppings
1 packet olives, pitted
1 red pepper, sliced
2 pineapple rings, cubed
8 spinach leaves, washed and finely sliced
3 large tomatoes, sliced
2 avos, sliced
1 cup fresh rocket
Pinch salt and black pepper
Zest from 1 lemon
2 spring onions, sliced, optional
30ml deactivated yeast, optional
1 cup lentil/mung bean sprouts, optional
Pinch chili flakes, optional
