Amazing Crockpot Apple Butter

A fall favorite--Apple butter! Use it on toast, in pancakes, on pb&j sandwiches! My kiddos go nuts for this recipe. Cook it low and slow all day in your crockpot. Your house will smell amazing!

2 large bags of apples
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon of each: nutmeg, cloves, ginger and salt.
Add 1 tsp. vanilla
