1/2 cup cornstarch
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup egg whites (about 3-4 large eggs), beaten
2-3 cups canola oil

Sauce:
1 1/2 Tbsp honey
3 Tbsp sweetened condensed milk
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 tsp salt

1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
