Amazing Tuna Cakes

These delicious and healthy tuna-out-of-the-can cakes take 10 minutes to make, from a can to your table. Enjoy them hot for dinner or cold with salad for lunch. Freeze them, reheat them, stick them into buns and call them \\\"fishburgers\\\" (I did, when my son was elementary school age). Grab one for a healthy snack. Any which way you take this amazing versatile dish, it costs very little and packs a ton of taste.

Tuna in water 1 12oz can
Corn meal (finely ground) 1 cup
Egg beater 1/2 cup or 2 large eggs if you don't have to watch cholesterol
Chopped parsley (I prefer fresh, but dry could be used)
Salt
Pepper
Wasabi powder or cayenne pepper (optional)
