1 refrigerated pie crust
1 brownie mix (for a 9x13 pan)
1 package cream cheese, softened (8 oz.)
2 Tablespoons sugar
3/4 cup Andes Mint baking chips + extra for garnish
1 teaspoon shortening
1 cup Cool Whip + extra for garnish
