A no-mayo ,hearty pasta salad that is served on a bed of greens. This is a main dish salad! Two kinds of meat, both chicken and salami, plus loads of veggies along with fettuccine marinated in a Caesar dressing, make this a satisfying meal!

6 oz. fresh fettuccine
1 large cup cooked chicken torn in strips
1/2 c. cheddar cheese, cubed
1/2 c. pepperoni or soft salami
1 can sliced black olives
1 green, yellow or red pepper, cut into long matchsticks (or a combination)
1 container cherry tomatoes, halved
2 cups endive
3 cups green leaf lettuce
Wishbone Olive Oil Classic Caesar Dressing or any Caesar Dressing

Boil water and add fettuccine. Immediately remove from heat and let sit for 10 minutes.
