Apple Broccoli Stir Fry

Simple and light dish containing apple and broccoli, sautéed with oyster sauce and sweet chilli sauce.

1 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 garlic (chopped)
1 medium sized onion (finely chopped)
1 bunch broccoli (chopped in small sizes)
1/2 red apple (finely sliced)
Kosher salt to taste

For decoration (optional):
Finely chopped roasted almonds.
2 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce
1. Heat the oil. Add garlic and onion into the pan. 2. Add broccoli after the onion and garlic turns slightly brown. 3. Give it a stir and close the lid for about 2-3 minutes. 4. Add slices of apple and the salt. Stir well. 5. Add oyster sauce (for vegetarians, use vege oyster mushroom sauce) and sweet chilli sauce. 6. Cook for about 2 minutes. Ready to serve. 7. Sprinkle roasted almonds on top of the serving.
