2 cups apples, peeled and diced finely
1 1/3 cup whole wheat flour
4 Tbsp ground flax
1/2 cup rolled oats
2 tsp cinnamon
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup sugar
2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cups milk
4 Tbsp canola oil
