Here is a mix you can store in your pantry that allows you to enjoy the tastes of Fall on a busy morning. Make up a few for yourself and package some to give as gifts this time of year.

1 cup whole wheat flour (I used white wheat flour)
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup milk powder
1/2 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup chopped dried apples
