Apple Pecan Mug Cobbler (Low-Sugar)

Delicious cobbler made in just 5 minutes in a perfect serving size mug. Low sugar, but so delicious and perfect for fall!

Filling:
-1 apple
-1/4 tsp. cinnamon, divided
-2 tsp honey, divided
Crust/Topping:
-1/4 cup baking mix*
-1/4 cup oats
-1/4 tsp. cinnamon
-2 tbs. melted butter
-2 tsp. coconut sugar (or substitute brown sugar)
-2 tbs. milk
-1/4 cup chopped pecans
*(Note: I make big batches of homemade baking/pancake mix that works great, but you can also just use flour with a pinch of baking powder + baking soda, or regular bisquick/pancake mix if you have it)
