One day, when I had some left over crepes in the fridge I got looking for something new and tasty to put in them. When I found the apple sauce I had the fabulous idea of making a classical dessert out of a crepe, and then the Apple Pie Crepe was born. It is a great breakfast and an even greater snack. I prefer mine hot (apple sauce and all) but they are good cold too. Substitute with sugar-free apple sauce for an even healthier snack...

Crepes:
1 cup flour
1 TBS sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups milk
4 eggs
3 TBS butter, melted
Toppings:
2 cups apple sauce
4 TBS cinnamon
Whipped cream or ice cream (Optional)
Caramel sauce (Optional)
