Here's what you will need:
Muffin Part:
2 Cups of Flour
1 Cup of Sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 Large Eggs
1/2 Cup of Butter (Melted)
1-1/4 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1-1/2 cups Peeled and Chopped Granny Smith Apples ( you can use whichever apples you like though)
For the Streusel Topping:
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon ( I added a bit more because I love cinnamon)
1 Tablespoon Cold Butter
For the Glaze:
1-1/2 Cups Confectioners' Sugar
1 and 1/2 Tablespoons of Milk
1 Teaspoon of Melted Butter
1/4 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
1/8 Teaspoon of Salt
