2 pounds turkey kielbasa, cut into 2 inch pieces
1 package (16 oz.) sauerkraut, drained
2 cans (10 3/4 oz.) French Onion Soup
3 medium apples, cored, peeled and cut into quarters
1 cup of white wine
2 tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
In slow cooker place kielbasa, drained sauerkraut, soup, apples, wine and mustard. Stir all ingredients well. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or until the apples are tender. This dish is delicious served over hot mashed potatoes or egg noodles. Enjoy!
