Asian Glazed Boneless Chicken

This is a quick and tasty alternative to ordering out.

2 lbs boneless chicken tenders, cubed
1 cup water
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup soy sauce
4 tsp sugar
2 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp ginger
In a large skillet, brown chicken. Add remaining ingredients. Cook on high until liquid comes to a boil. then reduce heat to low and simmer, covered, about 20 minutes. Remove lid, return to high heat, and allow sauce to reduce down and thicken. Serve over a bed of rice. Enjoy!
