The secret to making really great cookies is in the mixing and the baking. 2 cubes of real butter softened
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 tablespoons vanilla
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 1/4 cups unbleached flour
2 cups chocolate chips
