Bacon and Cheddar Hummus

My brothers "signature" bacon cheddar hummus. It's a smooth and creamy version of hummus that is delicious and different.

1 can (16 oz) chickpeas
2 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 T. fresh lemon juice
1 T. olive oil
3 T. cheddar cheese
2 green onions, chopped
1 t. tahini

1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Pulse until mostly smooth. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
2. Serve with pita chips or vegetables.
