Bacon and eggs, your classic breakfast. Doesn’t get much better than that, that is until you wrap it in a burrito. I piled my burrito up with eggs, then Chi-chi’s salsa, shredded cheese, and yes two big slices of Hormel bacon.

Tortilla wrap, 1 wrap per burritos
Bacon, 2 slices per burrito
Egg, 1 egg per burrito
Salsa , 2 tbsp per burrito
Shredded Cheese, 1/4 cup per burrito
Bacon, 2 slices per burrito
Egg, 1 egg per burrito
Salsa , 2 tbsp per burrito

Start by cooking your bacon. I like to cook mine in the oven, you can get the recipe here . Set fully cooked bacon on a plate lined with paper towels.
