25
These burgers are so tasty and juicy, you will definitely not be disappointed. This is a leaner alternative to your generic beef burger, but don't worry, we'll add all the awesomeness of bacon and cheese back on for you. A sure crowd pleaser!
4
1 lb. ground bison
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
4 piece thick cut bacon, fried
cheese slice of your choice (Hubby opted for Provolone, I opted for Cheddar & Provolone!)
lettuce, tomato, onion, or other condiments of your choice
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
4 piece thick cut bacon, fried
cheese slice of your choice (Hubby opted for Provolone, I opted for Cheddar & Provolone!)
lettuce, tomato, onion, or other condiments of your choice
Mix together the ground bison, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until well blended, but don't over work it. Form 4 separate patties and broil or grill to the wellness you desire. Meanwhile, fry up your egg and bacon. When burger is just about done, put your cheese on for a quick 30 seconds or so to get nice and melty. Top your burger with the fried egg, bacon, and all of your additional toppings. Enjoy!
