{Baked} Apple-Crisp Stuffed Apples

A hollowed out apple that's been filled with a homemade caramel apple filling and topped with homemade streusel! (Step-by-step photographs on site)

Apples:
8 apples
4 T. butter
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 t. cinnamon

Streusel Topping:
1/4 cup flour
1/8 cup oats (I used old-fashioned)
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/8 cup sugar
1/8 t. salt
1/4 t. cinnamon
4 T. butter
