Baked Buffalo Chicken Wings

The skin is incredibly crispy and it's hard to believe that this is baked, not fried. A sweet and buttery flavor, perfect for a small gathering of friends and family. These are seriously delicious baked buffalo chicken wings. If you can only get whole wings, you can either use the wings whole or cut them into drumettes and wingettes.
Don't worry about this dish being too spicy. The added dairy in the sauce helps keep some of the intense spices controllable. In addition, you can also adjust the level of spice to your liking. Just reduce the amount of hot sauce you use and replace it with vinegar.
