4 Chicken Breasts, tenderized
4 thin slices Ham
4 thin slices Swiss Cheese
1/3 Cup Flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 Cup Bread, Cracker or Corn flake Crumbs
4 thin slices Ham
4 thin slices Swiss Cheese
1/3 Cup Flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 Cup Bread, Cracker or Corn flake Crumbs
Place one each Ham and Cheese in center of each Breast, roll and tuck ends of each Breast.
Roll each Breast in Flour then dip in Egg then in Crumbs.
Spray each well with Butter flavored cooking spray and bake.
