I am on the HCG phase 2 diet plan. I’m always s on the lookout for recipes that are HCG friendly, that I can cook for my family & I can also eat.This Chicken Fajitas Recipes is a good one. Your family will love this meal. This is an easy way to cook Fajitas. When you are looking for a quick recipe to through together & set the timer. You will be adding this to you regular menu plan.

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 tsp chili powder
2 tsp cumin
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp dried oregano
¼ tsp salt
1 (15 oz) can diced tomatoes with green chilies
1 medium onion, sliced
1 large bell pepper, seeded and sliced (I use half a green and half a red)
OPTIONAL:
flour tortillas
shredded cheddar cheese
sour cream
salsa
