Crunchy baked chicken flautas topped with a spicy chipotle crema and pickled red onions. So easy and delicious.

FOR THE FLAUTAS:
12 flour tortillas
1 Rotisserie Chicken, shredded
1 4 oz Can Diced Green Chiles
½ cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
FOR THE CHIPOTLE CREMA:
2 whole chipotles in adobo
½ TSP Garlic Powder
½ TSP Pepper
½ TSP Onion Powder
½ TSP Chili Powder
½ cup Nonfat Greek Yogurt
1 lime, juiced
FOR THE PICKLED ONIONS:
½ Red Onion, Thinly Sliced
½ Cup Red Wine Vinegar
2 Cloves Garlic, Thinly Sliced
FOR GARNISH:
Queso Fresco
