1 cup thinly sliced carrots (about 2)
1 (6 ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and cut up
¼ cup pitted Kalamata olives, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons fresh snipped Italian parsley
3-4 tablespoons feta cheese (optional)
¼ cup thinly sliced green onions (optional)
