2 Chinese Eggplants ( you want something narrow enough to fit on the surface of the mandolin )
2 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1/2 Tablespoon Erythritol ( if not low carb, you can use 1 Tablespoon Honey )
1½ Teaspoon Paprika
1½ Teaspoon Chili
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 Teaspoon Salt
½ Teaspoon Pepper
2 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1/2 Tablespoon Erythritol ( if not low carb, you can use 1 Tablespoon Honey )
1½ Teaspoon Paprika
1½ Teaspoon Chili
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
