Preheat oven 350
Crack eggs into a greased muffin tin. Sprinkle with salt and pepper
Bake for 15 minutes (when I want a dip egg – I only bake for 10-12 mins.)
Serve with toast or on Engish muffin and top with cheese, bacon, sausage
