Baked Garlic Brown Sugar Chicken

This is such a quick and easy chicken dish but it adds so much flavor to ordinary chicken.

1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts or tenders
4 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp minced garlic
3 tsp olive oil
4 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp minced garlic
3 tsp olive oil
In a small bow, mix together brown sugar and garlic.
In a large skillet, over medium heat, add olive oil, then cook chicken until almost done. Add brown sugar mixture and cook an additional 2-3 minutes.
Serve immediately.
Great on the grill as well.
