Pieces of peanut butter and jelly sandwich dipped in a vanilla egg mixture then baked until it becomes custard like. This Peanut Butter and Jelly French Toast is so delicious and easy to make for breakfast.

2 slices of bread, toasted
1 ½ tablespoon peanut butter, more to taste
1 ½ tablespoon strawberry jam, more to taste
1 large egg, beaten
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ½ tablespoon soymilk
Powdered sugar or granulated sugar (optional)
