24 ounces frozen red raspberries (unsweetened & defrosted) or about 5 cups fresh raspberries
2 tablespoons arrowroot starch ( or cornstarch )
2 tablespoons instant tapioca
1 1/3 cups granulated sugar*
1 tablespoon salted butter
