1 Spaghetti Squash
1lb Ground Beef
1 medium Onion (chopped)
1 tablespoon Garlic (minced)
1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
1 teaspoon Sea Salt
1 teaspoon Black Pepper
1 jar Classico Spaghetti Sauce (vidalia onion)
1 cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
1/2 cup Broccoli (chopped)
1lb Ground Beef
1 medium Onion (chopped)

1 teaspoon Sea Salt
1 teaspoon Black Pepper
1 jar Classico Spaghetti Sauce (vidalia onion)
1 cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
1/2 cup Broccoli (chopped)
