Baked Tuna Casserole

2 (5 oz. cans) tuna, drained
2 (10.75 cans) condensed cream of mushroom
1 cup of milk
1 (4.5 oz. can) mushroom, sliced
12 oz. package egg noodles, or your favorite noodles
1/2 onion, chopped
1 cup of green peas, frozen
2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1 cup potato chips, crushed
In a large pot boil your noodles according to package instructions. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl whisk cream of mushroom and milk. Stir in tuna, onion, mushrooms, peas, 1 cup of cheese and noodles. Transfer to baking dish. Top with crushed chips and the remaining 1 cup of cheddar cheese. Bake casserole for 20-25 minutes or until cheesy is nice and bubbly. Enjoy!
