1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups blueberries
Topping:
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup flour
1/4 cup butter ( cubed )
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
