The perfect salad for summer. Juicy grape tomatoes and crisp english cucumbers make for the perfect pair when smothered in balsamic vinegar.

1 cup grape tomatoes, cut in half
1 english cucumber, cut in quarters
1/4 cup fresh parsley, roughly chopped
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
fresh cracked black pepper, to taste
sea salt, to taste
