Balsamic Flank Steak
Such an awesome alternative to grilled steak. Full of flavor and juicy.

1 lb flank steak
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp brown sugar
1 tso minced garlic
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp brown sugar
1 tso minced garlic
In a large container, combine the vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, and garlic. Add the steak and marinate at room temp for 30 minutes, flipping several times to ensure total coating. Grill or broil until desired doneness. Cover loosely with foil and let rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
