Who doesn't love banana bread? This recipe has been passed down from my aunt and is a family favorite, we hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

1 C Walnuts
3-4 Mashed bananas
1/2 C Oil
1 C Sugar
2 Eggs
2 tsp Vanilla
1/2 tsp Baking soda
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Baking powder
1 1/2 C Flour

2 tsp Vanilla
1/2 tsp Baking soda
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Baking powder
1 1/2 C Flour
Cream oil, sugar and eggs.
Add vanilla, baking soda, cinnamon, baking powder and flour. Mix all together.
Add nuts and bananas, stir by hand until well mixed.
Pour batter into greased 9x13 loaf pan.
Bake 1 hour 15 mins at 350 degrees OR until loaf test/toothpick comes out clean.
