Banana Cherry Smoothie

Cherries make a great smoothie and are beneficial for runners.

1/2 cup milk
1 cup frozen tart cherries
1 large frozen banana, cut into chunks
1/4 cup fat free greek yogurt

Add all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
