Muffin is the most yummy dish to have, some people and kids don't like banana, so this is the best idea. It is very tasty and easy. You can make it in a very less time. If your friends come to your place to surprise you, then you don't have to worry, make this yummy Muffin and surprise them.

Ingredients:- 1 cup refined flour,1/2 cup powder sugar,1 spoon cocoa powder, 80 gm melted butter, 1 egg, 1 tea spoon baking powder,1/2 tea spoon baking soda, 1 ripe banana,1/2 spoon vanilla essence (if you want to). Some chocolate chips.
For baking:- 6 paper molds, baking tin, low rack.

Method:- Sift all the dry items by using a sifter, except sugar. In a bowl mix the melted butter and sugar and make it fluffy, after that add 1 egg again mix it well,then add the flour mixture mix together, and lastly grind the banana and lightly fold it in batter and make a smooth batter. Preheat your microwave oven on 180 degree for 5 to 6 minutes. take the paper molds in the tin and spoon the batter. Sprinkle the chocolate chips and put it in the oven for 21 minutes, give 3 minutes of standing time in the oven, your Banana Chocolate Muffin is now ready to eat.
