Banana Nut Raisin Bread

Delicious vamped up version of Banana Bread with a tasty cinnamon sugar topping that makes this over the top tasty!

BATTER:
2 C very ripe bananas (about 4 or 5 medium bananas)
1/2 C vegetable oil
1 C sugar
2 large eggs
3 TBSP unsweetened almond milk
1 TSP vanilla extract
1 C whole wheat flour
1 C unbleached all-purpose flour
1 TSP baking soda
1/2 TSP baking powder
1/2 TSP salt
1/2 C chopped walnuts
1/2 C raisins (any color will work)
TOPPING:
2 TBSP white sugar (sugar substitutes can be used of course)
1 TBSP cinnamon

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly butter two 9"x 5" loaf pans.
2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas, then add the oil, sugar, eggs, milk, and vanilla, stirring to combine.
