Banana Pudding with a Twist

445

One summer day I yearned for some sweets, I was going to bake a cake and then I realized we were experiencing record breaking heat. "BANANA PUDDING!" I yelped. I didn't want to make the same one I had grown to love -- my Grandmother's Recipe, I wanted to experiment. I realized that changing the pudding would alter the taste immensely and since I wanted to try something new, I went overboard. A few months later, I made this for my huge family (two batches make two large pans)

16
10 Sliced Bananas
3 Cups Milk
4, 12 oz. Boxes of Nilla Wafers
2, 3.4 oz. Boxes of Instant French Vanilla Pudding
1, 8 oz. Package Cream Cheese
1, 14 oz. Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1, 12 oz Container Cool Whip
Line bottom of container with Nilla Wafers Slice Bananas a layer on top of wafers Combine milk and pudding mix (optional: use hand mixer) In a separate bowl, mix together cream cheese and condensed milk until smooth Gradually fold in whipped cream. Add the cream cheese mixture to the pudding mix and stir until well blended. Pour the mix over the bananas. Top with Nilla Wafers
