Here is a great recipe for barbecued chicken, living in Texas years ago I loved all the barbecue! Here is a healthy version with homemade texas moppin sauce

BBQ Chicken Recipe
Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless and cut in half
½ cup butter, melted I use fat free of course!
2 tsp. garlic powder
Barbeque sauce of your choice (see my moppin sauce recipe below)...
Texas Moppin Sauce
MAKES 3 CUPS
1 cup apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp. light brown sugar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. crushed red chile flakes
1 tbsp. finely chopped cilantro
1 tsp. kosher salt
½ tsp. anise seeds
½ tsp. cumin seeds
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 cups ketchup
Puree vinegar, sugar, Worcestershire, chile, cilantro, salt, anise, cumin, and garlic in a blender; pour into a 4-qt. saucepan with ketchup. Cook, stirring, over medium heat, until thickened, about 30 minutes. enjoy!

Directions:Preheat the grill for 5 minutes, then reduce the heat to low or medium. Combine the garlic powder with the melted butter.
