These barbecue pulled pork sliders are perfect for your summer get together! Creamy and sweet apple poppyseed coleslaw helps tame that smoky kick from sriracha in these sandwiches that are a great way to turn leftovers into something new!

3 lb. pork roast or leftover pulled pork
1 bottle barbecue sauce
1/4 cup sriracha
2 tablespoons mustard
1 tablespoon worchestershire sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons grape jelly
4-5 slices cooked bacon, crumbled (optional)
For the Coleslaw:
1-12 oz. bag shredded red cabbage
1-12 oz. bag coleslaw mix
2 apples, finely sliced or shredded
1 cup carrots, shredded
juice of 1/2 lemon, squeezed
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup raspberry or balsamic vinaigrette
2 tablespoons poppy seeds
1 bottle barbecue sauce
1/4 cup sriracha
2 tablespoons mustard
1 tablespoon worchestershire sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons grape jelly
4-5 slices cooked bacon, crumbled (optional)
