Basil-Shrimp Pasta Salad

This is something I concocted in the kitchen yesterday. I don't make a lot of pasta salads but since summer is fast approaching, I thought I would give it a try. Summer just seems like the season for these kind of things! This turned out to be delicious. The flavors blend together perfectly!

12 oz farfalle (bow-tie pasta)
1 C shrimp
6 pieces of bacon, chopped
3 garlic pieces, chopped
3 Tablespoons of lemon juice
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon kosher salt
3/4 C parmesan cheese
