BBQ Beef Cups

It seems I'm always cooking with either chicken or ground beef for dinner (boring, I know!). I have a harder time coming up with creative meals with ground beef. I think these are a great way to cook with ground beef that's different than the usual ol' spaghetti or meatloaf. They are so simple & yummy. My hubs loved them and well I did too!

1 can refrigerated crescent roll biscuits
1 lb ground beef
3/4 Cup BBQ sauce
1/2 Cup shredded cheese
Ground beef, drain & add BBQ sauce. Press crescent rolls into a greased 12 count muffin tin. Scoop beef mixture into each cup evenly. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes or until rolls are golden brown. Garnish with cheese.
