20 Bone-in chicken wings
1 1/2 Tbsp BBQ Dry Rub Seasoning (recipe below)
1/4 tsp Sea salt
1 1/2-2 Cups BBQ Sauce (recipe below)
For the rub:
2 Tbsp Chili powder
1 Tbsp Black pepper
1 Tbsp Ground cumin
1 Tbsp Sea Salt
1 Tbsp Coconut sugar (optional)
1 tsp Onion powder
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Dried thyme
1 tsp Chipotle powder
1 tsp Smoked paprika
1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper
For the BBQ sauce:
3/4 Cup Unfiltered, unsweetened apple cider
3/4 Cup Apple cider vinegar
1 1/3 Cup Tomato sauce
1 Tbsp + 1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp + 1 tsp Pure maple syrup
3 Tbsp Honey
1 Clove garlic, minced
3/4 tsp Chili Powder
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Salt

Make the rub:
Mix all rub ingredients in an airtight container. Shake well.
Make the sauce:
Whisk all ingredients together in a small sauce pan and simmer for 30 minutes.
